• Weekend visit:
• The Aquarium is most crowded on the weekends (and during the holiday season and the summer). If you do decide to visit on a Saturday or Sunday, you can beat the crowds by coming earlier (09:00-10:00). On weekdays, school groups visit the Aquarium in the morning, but leave by 14:00. If the venue's still too crowded, you can always re-enter if you get a stamp at the exit.

• Your reservation time is the earliest you can enter. Tickets are valid to scan any time after your set reservation time begins on that day
• You do not have to swap your Tiqets voucher for a membership card. Your voucher is valid for 1 year from date of purchase
• Duplicates are not accepted. No rainchecks, refunds, or exchanges
