Babylon Soundgarden is the outdoor summer edition of Istanbul's long-running Babylon music brand, staged by Pozitif Müzik among the pine trees of Bonus Parkorman in the Maslak district. For two days it gathers a deliberately eclectic bill — indie, rock, electronic and Turkish acts sharing the same weekend — in a forested open-air setting that feels a world away from the traffic of the city below. It has become a fixture of the Istanbul summer calendar, prized for a line-up that rarely repeats itself and for the easy, festival-in-the-woods atmosphere that comes with the venue.

The 2026 edition runs across two days, with each day built around a mix of headline international names and emerging Turkish and regional artists spread over the festival's stages. Babylon Soundgarden takes place around Istanbul's Bomonti and Şişli district, home to the Babylon music venue. Istanbul has two airports: the larger Istanbul Airport (IST) on the European side and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) on the Asian side. From IST, the M11 metro or the airport HAVAIST bus links to the city centre; the nearest metro stop to the venue is Osmanbey or Şişli-Mecidiyeköy on the M2 line, a short walk or taxi from there. Allow around an hour from IST by public transport. Traffic in Şişli is heavy in the evenings, so the metro is usually faster than a taxi.
