NOS Alive 2026 — Lisbon, July 2026

**NOS Alive** is Lisbon's flagship summer music festival, staged each July on the **Passeio Marítimo de Algés**, a stretch of waterfront in Oeiras just west of the city with the Tagus estuary on one side and the April 25th Bridge on the horizon. Since its debut in 2007 it has grown into one of Europe's best-regarded festivals, mixing arena-scale rock and pop headliners with indie, electronic and Portuguese acts across several stages, and drawing a crowd that skews international thanks to Lisbon's easy summer appeal.

## What to expect

The 2026 edition runs across **three days, 9–11 July**, with a bill spanning big-name headliners on the main stage and deeper programming on the NOS Clubbing and secondary stages, plus food, bars and a riverside setting that stays lively long after dark. Line-ups are announced and updated on the official site; expect a mix of stadium rock, contemporary pop and electronic names alongside emerging talent. It is a compact, walkable site rather than a sprawling camping festival, so most visitors base themselves in Lisbon and travel out each evening.

Day and multi-day tickets sell steadily, so book ahead; the festival site is reachable by train to Algés or Cruz Quebrada and a short walk, with extra late-night transport laid on toward central Lisbon.

NOS Alive is held at the Passeio Marítimo de Algés, on the waterfront just west of central Lisbon. Fly into Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS), around 10 km from the site. From the airport take the red metro line to São Sebastião or Alameda, change as needed for the centre, then ride the Cascais commuter train from Cais do Sodré to Algés, the closest station, just a few minutes' walk from the gates. A taxi or rideshare from the airport takes roughly 20 to 30 minutes outside rush hour. Trains back into town run late on festival nights but get very busy, so allow extra time.
