Madrid SnowZone is Spain's only indoor ski slope, a real-snow hall inside the Xanadú centre at Arroyomolinos just outside Madrid, open for skiing, boarding and tobogganing every day of the year.

Madrid SnowZone is a real-snow indoor slope inside the Xanadú leisure and shopping centre at Arroyomolinos, a short drive from central Madrid. It has a main slope served by a chairlift plus a gentler beginner run, kept crisply below freezing so the snow stays in good condition all year. An in-house ski school and a large rental store mean complete newcomers can turn up and learn, while tobogganing and other snow activities round out a family day. As Spain's only indoor snow slope it draws both first-timers and city skiers keeping their legs in over the warmer months. It works equally well as a lesson venue or a novelty afternoon out.
It is the only place in Spain to ski or board indoors on real snow, so you can practise or learn year-round without leaving the Madrid area. Handy for a rainy day, a first lesson or off-season training.

Stay near Madrid SnowZone
This is a day-trip venue, so stay in Madrid. The city's hotels are around half an hour away, and there is on-site accommodation and dining at the Xanadú complex itself if you want to be next to the slope.

How to get there
The nearest gateway is Madrid (MAD). Madrid SnowZone sits inside the Xanadú centre at Arroyomolinos, on the south-western edge of the metropolitan area.
From central Madrid it is around a thirty-minute drive, with bus links and plentiful parking at the centre making it easy to reach without your own car.
