Good to know

• The security staff will take care of your safety during your visit – this starts with bag checks at the entrance area. Please play your part by not bringing any items with you which pose a security risk, in particular bottles, cans or other receptacles containing liquids. Otherwise, they shall have to confiscate and dispose of them for security reasons. A claim for the return of the items or for compensation is excluded.
• Due to the structural conditions, wheelchair users and people with limited mobility are not allowed
• For safety reasons, larger items of luggage (such as suitcases, bags, and shopping bags) are not permitted. The maximum size for backpacks is 45x35x20 cm (WxHxL)
• The Berlin TV Tower is located opposite the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn railway station
• Go directly to the security control on the first floor of the Berlin TV Tower
• Hold the code imprinted at the bottom of your mobile voucher in front of the scanner to pass through the turnstile
• Arrival 15 minutes in advance
• Delays may occur due to the security checks in front of and inside the tower
• Getting there: Any bus, train, metro, or tram to Alexanderplatz
