• Prague Castle complex is a Presidential office; certain buildings may be closed for operational or state-ceremonial reasons
• Change of opening hours may occur due to operational or state-ceremonial reasons
• Refunds will not be issued during such partial closures or due to change of opening hours
• Please kindly note that the access to the Historical Buildings inside the Prague Castle is different from the opening hours of the exterior complex of the Prague Castle
• Ticket valid for 2 days from first access to the castle
• You can enter the castle at any time on the day of your booking; the timeslot corresponds to the presentation provided by the supplier
• You will be informed via email in case of changes in operation hours
• Meet the representative holding a blue and white umbrella directly next to the obelisk at the Prague Castle, which is next to the St. Vitus Cathedral
• Show your mobile voucher to the representative to receive the entry ticket
• Please be on time. The representative will hold the ticket for max. of 15 minutes after the starting time and will provide a brief presentation about the castle at the time of your selected timeslot
• How to get there by public transportation: Take tram number 22 and get off at Pražský hrad stop. Once you enter the castle grounds, continue straight to the Third Courtyard, the largest courtyard of Prague Castle, where you’ll find St. Vitus Cathedral
