Need to change or cancel a booking?: Your booking is with the partner you booked through — the hotel site, Tiqets, Viator, the airline or the transfer company — so they are the ones who can change it or refund it. Use the contact details in your confirmation email. We can’t see or change bookings.
Flight delayed, cancelled or overbooked?: Our flight disruption guide explains what you are owed under UK and EU rules, and how to claim from the airline.
Is it safe to travel, and what do I need to enter?: Each country guide shows the UK Foreign Office (FCDO) travel advice and when it was last checked. For the latest, always check gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.
