Vigeland Sculpture Park

<p>The Vigeland installation in Oslo's Frogner Park is the world's largest sculpture park by a single artist — more than 200 bronze and granite figures by Gustav Vigeland, laid out along a grand axis of gates, bridge, fountain and terraces. At its heart rises the Monolith, a 14-metre column carved with 121 intertwined human bodies. The naked figures — babies, lovers, the elderly, the famous 'Angry Boy' (Sinnataggen) — trace the whole human life cycle. It is free, open at all hours, and one of Oslo's defining sights.</p>
