Chill Factore is an indoor real-snow centre in Trafford, on the western edge of Manchester beside the Trafford Centre. Its main slope is the longest indoor real-snow run in the United Kingdom, served by ceiling-hung lifts, with a separate nursery slope for those starting out. Beyond skiing and snowboarding lessons it offers a snow park with tubing, a luge ice slide, snow play areas and a climbing wall, so it works for serious learners and casual family visitors alike. Warm clothing is available and equipment can be hired on site. It is a reliable all-weather day out and a place for skiers to train between mountain trips.
It is the UK's longest indoor slope on real snow, making it the go-to for pre-holiday lessons, off-season practice and a snowy family day whatever the Manchester weather is doing outside.
