Après & vibe
An on-site cafe-bar overlooks the slope, and central Antwerp's restaurants and bars are a short drive away.
The snow centre
SnowWorld Antwerpen is a covered indoor ski hall on the outskirts of Antwerp, kept cold year-round and blanketed in machine-made real snow rather than plastic matting. The single main slope is wide and gentle enough for complete beginners yet long enough to keep improvers busy, and there is a small fun park for freestylers. Because it is entirely indoors it runs to a fixed schedule every day of the year, immune to the Belgian weather, which makes it a reliable place for lessons, off-season practice or a novelty city outing. The vibe is practical and family-oriented, closer to a sports centre than a mountain resort. It suits day visitors far more than holidaymakers.
The slope
Ideal, with a wide gentle slope and a full ski school.
Good for drilling technique on a consistent pitch.
Limited by length, but usable for practice and the fun park.
Not aimed at experts.
Year-round indoor snow
Ski or snowboard on real snow in the middle of summer, with lessons and rental gear on site, just minutes from the city.
