As the highest ground in the range, Klínovec is the most snow-reliable option in the Ore Mountains, though the season still leans heavily on snowmaking in a region of modest natural falls. Pistes are broad, mostly blue and red, and stay in good nick thanks to consistent grooming; cold, foggy spells are common on the exposed summit, and clear high-pressure days reward with long views over Saxony and Bohemia.
